A Field Technician is trained for the purposes of performing ground level tasks associated with the installation of antennas, coax, and connectors. Field Technicians work in conjunction with tower technicians working on ground level at all times. Typically, field technicians are certified by Andrew Corporation to insure proper installation of all Andrew components used in the installation of a typical cell site.


A Radio Technician is trained in the processes and specifications required to accurately and efficiently install radio equipment, perform upgrade work, and assist in night cut-overs.


A Testing Technician is trained in the processes required to properly and effectively perform both grounding and antenna system line sweep testing to evaluate the performance of functioning on-air cellular site. Anritsu certification is required to hold the position of Testing Technician.


The role of the Civil Laborer is to assist the Civil Crew Leader / Operator in the excavation and installation of concrete foundations, underground conduits, grounding systems, and other misc. civil work.


The Tower Technician works as an overhead installer and has been trained in Competent Tower Climbing, Tower Rescue, and OSHA rules for the purposes of working primarily for the overhead installation of antennas, coax, and tower materials on all heights higher than a standard six-foot ladder and rooftops. The tower technician is provided with all available equipment to maintain the strictest and safest of working situations.
